A 50% deposit is required to guarantee the vehicle for your reservation.

100% of your deposit is refunded only if you cancel 30+ days before your reservation date.
There is no refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to your reservation date.
At the company’s discretion, we may offer a credit for the deposit amount to be used for future reservations.
Liability Insurance
Liability insurance is required for your rental. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle up to the $3,000 deductible. Any damage resulting from a river crossing voids liability coverage and you will be for the entire cost of damage to the vehicle.
If paying with a Visa or MasterCard credit card (not a debit card), your card company should offer reimbursement in the event of an accident. Please verify by checking your card’s rental car policy.

If you are involved in any accident, please contact us immediately at +506 8880-2870. Do not move the vehicle from the accident site. Moving the vehicle from the accident site will void all liability coverage from the insurance companies.. Two reports will be necessary for any claim, regardless if you are at fault.
One report is from the traffic police (Tránsito) and the second is issued by a representative from the insurance company.
Both Tránsito and the insurance company representative will come to the site of the accident, which may take several hours for either to arrive. Do not take directions from anyone but the traffic police (Tránsito).
No Shows/Lost Rentals
A No Show occurs when a customer fails to cancel their reservation before the designated Pick Up Time and does not collect the vehicle. Such actions hinder our ability to accommodate other potential renters and disrupt overall operations. In accordance with our Rental Qualifications & Requirements, if a customer does not adhere to the established pick-up terms, we reserve the right to impose a No Show/Lost Rental Charge.
This charge is intended to recover administration costs incurred during the reservation process and serves as compensation for the opportunity lost in renting the vehicle to another customer. It is crucial for customers to understand the importance of timely cancellations to avoid these charges and ensure a smooth rental experience.
