Golf Cart Usage Policies

1.⁠ Authorized Use: Only guests and authorized personnel are permitted to operate golf carts within the designated areas. A valid ID or rental confirmation must be presented.

2.⁠ Permitted Areas: Golf carts are to be driven solely in the designated areas of hotels and the beach zone of Nosara. **Driving the vehicles on sand or in seawater is strictly prohibited*.

3.⁠ Maximum Speed: The permitted speed for golf carts ranges from **10 km/h to 40 km/h*, depending on the area. Compliance with the established speed limits is mandatory.

4. Vehicle Return: – The cart must be returned at the agreed-upon time. – A penalty of *$15 per hour of delay* will be applied, with a maximum of 3 hours. – Delays exceeding 3 hours will result in a full day rental charge.

5.⁠ ⁠Battery Charging: – *Charging the vehicle after use is mandatory*. Exchanging a low-battery cart for a charged one is not permitted. – Should a cart exchange be requested due to battery depletion, an additional fee of *$15* will be charged.

6.⁠ ⁠Keys: – Keys must be returned immediately after the rental period ends. – The loss of keys will result in a penalty of *$100*.

7.⁠ ⁠Condition of Vehicle Upon Return: The golf cart must be returned in the same condition it was provided, **excluding normal wear and dirt* from use. Damages or malfunctions will be assessed and charged accordingly.

8.⁠ Passengers: Exceeding the manufacturer’s recommended passenger capacity is not allowed.

9.⁠ ⁠Home Delivery: – For distances *up to 7 km, a delivery fee of *$30** will be applied. – Delivery is *free for distances under 7 km*.
